Community service is at the heart of our mission. We are committed to making a positive impact in our local community through various volunteer efforts. From organizing charity drives and participating in local clean-up events to mentoring youth and supporting local shelters, our brothers are dedicated to giving back and making a difference. We believe that by working together and serving others, we not only strengthen our bonds as a fraternity but also contribute to the well-being and growth of the community we are a part of.

Fundraising is an essential part of our fraternity's efforts to support worthy causes and make a meaningful impact. One of our primary charitable partners is the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, and we are proud to contribute to their vital research and patient care initiatives. To support Huntsman Charity, we organize various fundraising events throughout the year, including our popular "Hairless for Huntsman" event, where brothers raise money by pledging to shave their heads. This event not only helps us collect significant donations but also raises awareness about the importance of cancer research. By coming together for these efforts, we demonstrate our commitment to philanthropy and making a difference in the fight against cancer.

My name is Jack Portas and I will be serving as the Mu Epsilon chapter’s philanthropy chair in the Spring of 2024. I am passionate about helping good causes like the Huntsman Cancer Institute and hope to raise as much as possible with fun and creative philanthropy events.
